Ninh Binh recognises 47 OCOP products in 2022

This round, five products were recognised as OCOP products in the fields of foodstuff and tourism services. All of the products are of individuals and businesses in Gia Vien district.

In 2022, Ninh Binh has a total of 47 products meet OCOP standards. Of those, 18 were rated three stars and 29 others rated four stars. Two of them would be submitted to the central council for recognition as five-star products.

Local farmers, cooperatives and businesses have paid due attention to improving the quality, design, packaging of goods, and ensuring conditions of production.

Products have lables with available information of origin traceability and are made based on the combination of local resources and traditional culture that meet higher standards and consumers' demand, thus expanding the markets and accessing more consumers.
