A delegation of Ninh Binh led by its standing deputy secretary of provincial party committee, Chairman of provincial people's council Mai Van Tuat offered incense, laid wreath at Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site in the central province of Nghe An on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27).
