Vào tối ngày 12/9, do mưa lớn, nước sông Châu Giang dâng cao, khu vực đê bối Đường Ấm, tổ dân phố Đường Ấm, phường Lam Hạ (Phủ Lý) đã xảy ra hiện tượng tràn. Chính quyền và nhân dân địa phương đã nhanh chóng phát hiện và khắc phục sự cố.
