Theo thông tin từ CDC Hà Nam, trong chiều và đêm ngày 24/9/2021, thông qua xét nghiệm sàng lọc bằng phương pháp Real-Time PCR, từ kết quả một số mẫu gộp được lấy tại cộng đồng, Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật đã tiếp tục lấy mẫu đơn để xét nghiệm khẳng định, phát hiện 15 trường hợp có kết quả dương tính đã được Bộ Y tế gắn mã bệnh, trong đó có 13 trường hợp có hộ khẩu thường trú ở phường Trần Hưng Đạo (TP.Phủ Lý), 1 trường hợp ở phường Lam Hạ, 1 trường hợp ở Thanh Tân, Thanh Liêm.

Trong đêm ngày 23/9 và sáng ngày 24/9/2021, Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật tỉnh Hà Nam đã thực hiện xét nghiệm sàng lọc bằng phương pháp Real-Time PCR, tiếp tục phát hiện 8 trường hợp có kết quả dương tính với SARS-CoV-2. 8 trường hợp này đều đã được Bộ Y tế gắn mã bệnh nhân.

Thực hiện xét nghiệm sàng lọc bằng phương pháp Real-Time PCR, trong ngày và đêm 22/9/2021, Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật tỉnh Hà Nam tiếp tục phát hiện thêm 14 trường hợp có kết quả dương tính với SARS-CoV-2 đã được Bộ Y tế cấp mã bệnh, gồm:
