The 13th People's Council of Ninh Binh province convened its15th meeting from December 8 to 10, reviewing socio-economic performance in 2015 and deciding tasks for 2016. During the sesssion, it passed14 important Resolutions that could help the locality achieve stronger and more sustainable growth. Secretary of the Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh, Chairman of the People's Council Nguyen Tien Thanh, and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Dien attended the session.

After three days (15 - 17 December, 2014) working hard with a democratic spirit and a high sense of responsibility, the 12th session of the 13th People's Council of Ninh Binh province arrived at a success with the passage of 22 important resolutions.

From July 14 to 17, the 10th session of the 13th People's Council of Ninh Binh assessed the province's socio-economic situation in the first half of 2014 and defined major tasks for the rest of the year, and passed many important Resolutions. Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang, Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh attended the session.
