The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province on November 7 held a meeting to announce a decision of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Board on appointing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council Nguyen Hoang Ha as new President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
