With its unique features and rich potential in terms of nature, culture and history, the Party Organisation, administration and people of Ninh Binh province have been determined to build Hoa Lu into a millennial heritage urban in an attempt to turn itself into a centrally-run city by 2030. The goal is commensurate with the potential and strengths of Ninh Binh and the global development trend.
