Yen Khanh district in the northern province of Ninh Binh has been recognized to complete all criteria of an advanced new-style rural area.

Chairman of Ninh Binh provincial people's committee Pham Quang Ngoc on April 2 attended a ceremony recognising Yen Thang commune in the district of Yen Mo to get the status of a advanced new-style rural area.
