Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has informed the National Assembly that the country's economy is on the track to recovery during the Government's report to the NA's sixth session.
Vietnam's gross domestic product (GDP) expanded 5.5 percent in the third quarter of 2013. Compared with the second quarter, the growth is 0.5 percent higher. This is a good sign for the economy, especially towards the end of the year.
The National Financial Supervisory Commission (NFSC) judged that confidence of the market and foreign investors in Vietnam's economy is being strongly recovered, after successful efforts in maintaining macro-economic stability.
