Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has signed a decision on approving the planning of urban and rural system in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, under which Ninh Binh is one of eight provinces expected to become centrally-run cities.
Ninh Binh is among a few provinces and centrally run-cities nationwide enjoyed positive industrial production growth in 2023.
