The Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences and the Vietnam Association of Historical Sciences to organise a scientific seminar entitled "Consulting on conservation strategies, recreate, restore and promote the heritage value of Hoa Lu capital using scientific and technological solutions" in Ninh Binh city on September 10.
