Ninh Binh has defined that building infrastructure is one of three breakthroughs in the province's socio-economic development in the period of 2021-2025. Provincial leaders have urged administrations at all levels and sectors to speed up construction of key transport projects, thereby contributing to developing infrastructure and accelerating public investment disbursement.
Ninh Binh province is currently home to 14 industrial clusters, of them 10 was assigned to private enterprises for building infrastructure. To date, these industrial clusters have attracted 107 secondary projects and 256 production and business firms who created jobs for over 30,800 labourers with average income ranging from 7-8 million VND per person per month.
After it was re-established in 1992, Ninh Binh province clearly defined its advantages for tourism growth. However, to develop the non-smoke industry, it requires synchronic infrastructure. Therefore, in the past 30 years, Ninh Binh has paid due attention to building infrastructure, creating momentum for the province to become a bright spot in the country's tourism map.
