A seminar on tourism development associated with bear conservation was held in the northern province of Ninh Binh on April 12 by Bear Sanctuary Ninh Binh, gathering representatives of the provincial Tourism Association, travel agencies and accommodation facilities.

Seventeen bears - which used to be kept in captivity and illegally traded to harvest their bile - are living in a bear conservation centre in the northern province of Ninh Binh.
