Provincial leaders congratulate medical workers on Vietnamese Doctors' Day

Visiting the Department of Health, the Secretary lauded the efforts and achievements recorded by the provincial healthcare sector over the past year, especially in the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control as well as vaccination while maintaining health check-up and treatment for local people.

Praising the results that the Ninh Binh General Hospital and the provincial board for cadres' heath protection and care have achieved in treating and taking care of local people's health, Ha extended her congratulations to the two medical units' officials and employees, urging them to continue promoting the tradition in treating and caring for people's health.

As the pandemic remains complex and unpredictable, Ha requested the Department of Health and medical units to closely follow the guidelines of central agencies and the province so as to safely and flexibly adapt to and effectively control COVID-19, and further improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.

On the same day, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Council Nguyen Hoang Ha led a delegation to visit and congratulate medical staff and employees of Kim Son General Hospital, Yen khanh medical center and meritorious doctor Ngo Van Quoc, who is former Director of the Kim Son medical center.
