Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh among others yesterday visited and congratulated doctors and medical staffs of the Ninh Binh province on the 64th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955- 2019).
