Ninh Binh brings home more citizens from COVID-19 hit provinces

This is the second train arranged by the province's authorities, sectors and agencies to pick up citizens wishing to return home from the southern localities.

Priotity are revolutionary contributors, those with fatal diseases, pregnant women and families, children under six years ole and accompanied people; people with severe disabilities, the elderly, students, people on business trips or ours and stranded in COVID-19-hit regions, and labourers losing jobs and have no accommodations. 

All of them had lived and worked in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces and wished to return home.

Before leaving the train, all of them had samples taken for COVID-19 testing.

Then, the returnees were immediately sent to concentrated quarantine facilities where they will stay for 14 days and will be tested regularly in line with regulations. 

In the near future, Ninh Binh authorities will continue to bring its citizens home from southern provinces and cities.
