Nearly 600 Ninh Binh citizens from the southern provinces, city of Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai and Binh Duong were brought back to the Ninh Binh province safely on October 16.
As many as 603 citizens were brought back to Ninh Binh province on October 5 from Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces which have been hardest hit by the fourth wave of COVID-19 infections.
