National champion, Vo Thi Kim Phung, was tied with Mammadzada Gunay.
And in the last game, Luong Phuong Hanh lost to Fataliyeva Ulviyya in a 92-move match.
It was the second win recorded by Vietnam at the tournament, following the first win over Egypt on June 18.
Vietnam will next play Georgia, who lost 0.5-3.5 to China on June 21.
In other matches, India beat Egypt 3-1; Russia tied 2-2 with the US and Poland drew Ukraine 2-2.
