Vietnam holds China to draw at AFC U19 Championship

Vietnam held China to a 1-1 draw in the last group C match at the Asian Football Confederation U19 Championship in Yangon, Myanmar, on October 13.
Midfielder Hoang Thanh Tung scored a goal for Vietnam in the 20th minute.
However, Tang Shi equalised the match in the 86th minute.
With the draw, China finished with five points to rank second in Group C. Japan ranked first with six points.
Vietnam's U19 football team had a rough start at the championship, losing 0-6 to the Republic of Korea on October 9 and later 1 - 3 to Japan on October 11.
