Vice President offers incense at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital

As part of the working visit to Ninh Binh, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan offered incense at the Hoa Lu ancient capital historic site on December 26.
The delegation included Doan Minh Huan, Member of the Party Central Committee; Secretary of provincial party committee; Pham Quang Ngoc, Chairman of provincial people's committee among others.
Vice president and delegates observed a minute's silence to commemorate Vietnamese ancestors and national heroics who defeated 12 warlords and united the country, and they also made commitment to consolidate and build a properous and happy country.
