After five day of competition, the Volleyball Championship Hoa Lu - Binh Dien Cup 2021 wrapped up on March 27, with Trang An - Ninh Binh securing the trophy in the men's category and VTV Binh Dien winning in the women's event.
In the men's final, which took place on March 26 evening, Trang An - Ninh Binh of the host province of Ninh Binh beat The Cong 3-1, successfully defending their championship.
Sanest Khanh Hoa came third after defeating Ha Tinh 3-0 in an earlier match.
In the women's category, VTV Binh Dien - Long An hammered WSUN Thai Binh 3-0 to take the championship.
At the closing ceremony, the winning teams were awarded a Cup and a cash prize of 200 million VND each, while the second squads were given a cash prize of 100 million VND and the third teams received a 50 million VND cash prize each.
Besides, the organisers also presented style prizes worth 30 million VND each to Ninh Binh Doveco, Kinh Bac-Bac Ninh and Ha Tinh teams.
