Top leader extends New Year greetings

The top Vietnamese leader also wishes people of foreign countries and international friends around the world a new year of peace, friendship, cooperation and sustainable development.

As the Year of the Pig (2019) has gone by with full of events and significant achievements across fields as well as good impressions and valuable lessons for our country, Trong took the occasion to appreciate and sincerely thank for the great efforts and contributions by all the Vietnamese people to the aforesaid achievements.

He expressed his belief that the entire Party, people and armed forces shall continue promoting solidarity and unity, overcome all difficulties and challenges, take drastic actions to successfully realize the goals and tasks set for 2020 in order to lay foundation for fast and sustainable development in the next stage.
