Senior Lieutenant General Ngo Xuan Lich works with Ninh Binh province

Speaking at the meeting, he spoke highly of efforts and achievements made by the province.

He praised Ninh Binh for successfully organizing Party congresses at the grassroots level for the 2015-2020 term, which listed the locality among the leading provinces nationwide incompleting grassroots Party congresses.

He urged Ninh Binh to continue to promote its strengths in tourism and industry and further boost its socio-economic development.

Armed forces in the province need to continue working together with authorities at all levels to maintain social order, security and safety while holding firmly combat readiness, he asked.

Ninh Binh should give priority to the organization of its fourth Patriotism Congress and the XXI provincial Party Congress successfully, Lich added.
