Leaders of some provincial departments, sectors and People's Committees of districts and cities; representatives of the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Phu Tho, Bac Giang and Hai Duong provinces and specialists attended the event.
The seminar aimed to discuss several issues related to digital transformation in all fields of life such as economy, politics and society and to focus on key matters to help the society-economy integrate more intensively and extensively in the new context and to create breakthroughs after the COVID-19 has been basically controlled.
At the seminar, delegates discussed numbers of key issues such as the real situation and solutions on digital transformation in socio-economic development in Vietnam; Digital transformation in education and digital human resources development in Vietnam; Solutions to boost digital transformation in Ninh Binh to 2030, with a vision until 2045 and measures to step up digital transformation for Ninh Binh firms.
Delegates also pointed out difficulties and challenges related to digital transformation in the new context and gave out solutions to handle and develop, strengthen the application of AI, IT and scientific-technological advances to create high quality technological products in a bid to build a digital economy, digital administration and digital society.
The opinions and suggestions put forth by delegates will be collected and finalised by Ninh Binh's Union of Science and Technology Associations before submitting to the provincial People's Committee for reference in implementing the programme on digital transformation in the coming time.
