Seminar on "Implementing digitalization in administrative administrative " held

Standing Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Tong Quang Thin and representatives from the Government Office's Administrative Procedures Control Agency (APCA), USAID, and provincial departments, sectors, and localities attended the seminar.

During the seminar, delegates heard some documents related to instruction of digitalizing files; the outcomes of handling administrative procedures and the implementation of system of information informing the results of handling administrative procedures in Ninh Binh province.

They also discussed and assessed the outcomes that Ninh Binh has gained in the process of handling administrative procedures, especially when its center for public service has been put into operation since October 2020.

The center is among leading centers nationwide carrying out digitalization  with 100 percent of received files have been solved on the single-window e-system.

Officials from APCA clarified difficulties and hindrances raised by delegates and asked Ninh Binh to report to the Government, ministries and sectors to jointly solve these difficulties. 

In additions, since Ninh Binh was chosen to pilot digitalization in carrying out administrative procedures, ACAP continues to cooperating and organising training courses for cadres of all levels in the coming time.
