Secretary of provincial Party Committee congratulates military units

While presenting flowers to the Border Guard Command, Huan spoke highly of the unit's efforts in successfully fulfilling its assigned tasks and contributing to the protection of the national sea sovereignty as well as social security in the province.

Visiting and congratulating the Army Corps 12 High command, Huan underscored that Army Corps 12 has newly restructured by merging units of Army Corps 1 and 2 which had glorious traditions over the past years.

Ninh Binh was chosen by Army Corps 12 for its headquarters, once affirming the strategic location of Ninh Binh in the history of building and protecting of the country, he said.

The Secretary hoped that in the coming time, Army Corps 12 will continue to cooperate with and accompany the Party Organisation, administration, soldiers and people to fulfill their assigned tasks, firmly protect the Fatherland's independence and freedom in the new situation, and well implement military  policies and social welfare, thus building the homeland and country more civilised and prosperous.
