Theo phóng viên TTXVN tại Đông Bắc Á, ngày 31/1, hãng thông tấn Trung ương Triều Tiên (KCNA) cho biết nhà lãnh đạo Triều Tiên Kim Jong-un đã gửi điện mừng tới Chủ tịch nước Việt Nam Lương Cường nhân kỷ niệm 75 năm thiết lập quan hệ ngoại giao Việt Nam - Triều Tiên.
