Low-altitude fireworks will be set off at a ceremony celebrating the 1,055th founding anniversary of Dai Co Viet State and kicking off Hoa Lu Festival 2023.
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has approved the organization of a fireworks display at the opening ceremony of the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31) at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi, on May 12.

Ninh Binh have recently unveiled two places for New Year's Eve fireworks.
