Construction of the eastern section of the North-South Expressway will start next year, and is scheduled to finish by 2021, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) announced on September 17.
To ease traffic congestion and complete the North - South expressway system, the Ministry of Transport has submited a proposal to the Government seeking its approval for commencing the Ninh Binh - Thanh Hoa expressway project.
