Road connecting National Highway 12B and National Highway 21B inaugurated

Attending the inauguration ceremony were Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Mai Van Tuat, and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc, among others. 

The project was chosen to begin construction to welcome the 200^th anniversary of Ninh Binh appellation and the 30^th anniversary of the province's re-establishment. It is expected to create momentum for the province's socio-economic and tourism development.

After 10 months of construction, the project has basically been completed and eligible for opening to traffic.

In his remarks, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc stressed that the inauguration of the road was of important significance and showed the determination of the administrations, departments, sectors, and localities in simplifying administrative procedures and carrying out public investment projects. The project also demonstrated the efforts of the investor and contractors as well as the consensus of local people in the project area.

The official also hailed the efforts and sense of responsibility of the contractors, construction units, departments, sectors and local people in completing the project in just 10 months.

After the inauguration ceremony, the management board of traffic investment projects needs to complete the remaining works of the project, ensure safety and effectiveness and soon hand over the project to the management unit for operation and maintenance, Ngoc added.

At the ceremony, the province's leaders and representatives of the investor and contractors cut the ribbon to inaugurate the road.
