In recent years, farmers in Yen khanh district have applied high technologies in cultivation, so they could earn more profits. Most of them have joined programmes to grow vegetables with technical support from the provincial Hi-tech Application Centre for Agriculture.
Under this model, vegetables and fruit are planted in glasshouses watered by automated irrigation systems and the cultivation process is in conformity to VIETGAP.
