Provincial leaders visit and congratulate medical officials on Vietnamese Doctors' Day

At visiting sites, Mrs Nguyen Thi Thanh highly appreciated achievements and contributions of the Department of Health and other medical centers of the health sector as well as healthcare services for people.

In parallel, she also hoped that the doctors and medical staffs need to do better in preventive healthcare for local people, the sector should pay greater heed to developing in-depth techniques, becoming the satellite hospital of central hospitals, training and transferring technology with central hospitals.

The sector and other medical centers, hospitals need to focus on reforming to show better performance in giving health care services, personnel training, scientific research, international cooperation and economic management, with the aim of improving the quality of health care services, Thanh added.

On this occasion, the leader also visited and offered flowers to People's Teacher Le Chinh Chuyen, Vice Director of Ninh Binh General Hospitals.

On behalf of the delegation, Mrs. Thanh highly appreciated and thanked the Vice Director for his outstanding contributions in the province's health sector over the past years.
