Ninh Binh province's leaders on March 21 visited and presented gifts to some units and revolutionary contributors on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Ninh Binh's appellation and the 30th anniversary of its re-establishment.

Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha visited and presented gifts to war veterans and wounded soldiers at Yen Mo Mental Rehabilitation Centre.
The centre is now caring for 255 people, including 12 revolutionary contributors and their relatives.
Ha spoke highly of the centre's staff, doctors, and nurses in caring for the beneficiaries during the past time, and hoped that they would continue to overcoming difficulties to provide better care for them, especially war veterans and wounded soldiers.
Later, Ha and her delegation visited and presented gift to wounded soldier Dinh Quang Thin in Khanh Duong commune of Yen Mo district.
The same day, Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang and his delegation visited Nho Quan convalescence centre which is now taking care of 143 wounded soldiers.

Quang expressed his gratitude to the wounded soldiers for their contributions to the cause of national liberation and urged the centre's staff and local authority to provide better care for them in the coming time.
When visiting wounded soldier Nguyen Van Bang in Van Phu commune of Nho Quan district, Quang expressed his wish that war veterans and wounded soldiers will continue to emulate in production, thus contributing more to the country's development.
Also on March 21, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc visited and presented gifts to outstanding national contributors in Kim Son and Yen Khanh districts, and Ninh Binh city.

He visited and handed over gifts to Phan Nhu Huu, a former revolutionist in Hung Tien commune of Kim Son district, Pham Thi Luyen, a former revolutionist in Nam Thanh ward of Ninh Binh city, and wounded soldier Pham Sy Canh in Yen Ninh town of Yen Khanh district.
On behalf of provincial leaders, Ngoc expressed his gratitude to the former revolutionists for their contributions to the cause of national construction and defence, and hoped that they would continue to live healthily and set good examples for the next generations.
