Provincial leaders present gifts to revolutionary veterans

Thanh, who is also an alternative member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and head of the National Assembly Deputies' group of the province, was accompanied by leading officials of the local Department of Labour, War invalids and Social Affairs and other authorities in her visits to Doan Thi Dang in Phuc Ninh commune, Phuc Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city, and Hoang Thi Ly in Thanh Ha commune, Ninh Hoa Ward, Hoa Lu district.

 Thanh expressed her deep gratitude to revolutionary veterans for their great services and sacrifices to the national liberation and unification, and stressed that the State, Ninh Binh province and the whole people will strive to improve the living conditions of revolutionary veterans in particular and other beneficiaries.She presented gifts to the veterans, wished them good health, and said she hopes they would continue bringing into play the revolutionary tradition and setting bright examples for the future generations.The same day, Deputy Chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Committee Dinh Quoc Tri visited and presented gifts to revolutionary veterans Pham Van Oanh in Khanh Thuong Commune, Yen Mo district, and Quach Ngoc Hap in Tan Binh ward, Tam Diep town.

 Le Van Dung,deputy chairman of the Ninh Binh People's Committee vistied and presented reliefs to revolutionary veterans Nguyen Van Quyen in Gia Phong Commune, Gia Vien district and Nguyen Van Lai in Phu Loc Commune, Nho Quan district on August 29.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Party Committee Nguyen Tien Thanh, who is also Chairman of the provincial People's Council, visited and pressented gifts to families of revolutionary veterans Nguyen Van Cap in Khanh An commune, Yen Khanh district, and Nguyen Xuan Thanh in Luu Phuong commune, Kim Son district on August 27.

These activities demonstrate Ninh Binh's attention to the revolutionary veterans in the province on occasion of the Revolutionary Day (August 19) and the National Day (September 2).
