Provincial leaders offer congratulations on Vietnamese Teachers' Day

Chairman of the provincial People's Council Tran Hong Quang led a delegation to visit and extend their best wishes to leaders and staff members of the Department of Education and Training; Hoa Lu University and execellent teacher Dang Kim Duyen, former principal of Ly Tu Trong Secondary School in Ninh Binh city.

Quang highly praised the education and training sector's efforts in fulfilling its tasks and ensuring COVID-19 prevention and control.

He also asked the sector to continue better implementing its tasks, build plans to organise educational activities in line with complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic, step up the application of IT and digital transformation, and uphold the province's educational achievements in the recent years.

During his meeting with leaders and lecturers of the Hoa Lu University, Quang urged them to boost linkages and exchanges with prestigious universities in order to train post-graduates, affirming its role in the nation's education system.

The university must strive to become a prestigious training center of high-quality human resources, scientific research and technology transfer in the province and the whole country, he said.

Visiting excellent teacher Dang Kim Duyen, former Principal of Ly Tu Trong Secondary School, Quang wished the teacher good health and expected her to contribute further to the province's cause of education and training.

The same day, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc visited teachers and staff members of Luong Van Tuy High school for the Gifted in Ninh binh city, Bac Son Kindergarten in Tam Diep city, and teacher Bui Thi Tuyet, former Principal of Dong Son Primary School.

Also on November 17, Vice Chairman of the provincial People'sCouncil Bui Hoang Ha visited and congratulated leaders and teachers of Yen Khanh center for vocational and regular training in Yen Khanh district, Dinh Tien Hoang Secondary School in Hoa Lu district, and teacher Nguyen Thi Luu, former Principal of Ninh An Kindergarten in Hoa Lu district.

At these educational establishments, the provincial leaders acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the teachers to the cause of education and training. 

They expressed their hope that in the coming time, these educational establishments would continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, strive to fulfill the assigned tasks, constantly improve their teachers' qualifications, innovate the methods of training, and arouse the spirit of enthusiastic learning and creative ability of pupils and students.

Meeting the teachers, the provincial leaders extended their best wishes and hoped that they will continue contributing to the province's educational development.
