Provincial leaders joins Great Unity Festival in Kim Son district

The event also drew Secretary of Ninh Binh provincial party organisation Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Tran Song Tung, Deputy chairman of peoples committee, Do Viet Anh, chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, representatives of central agencies, ministries,  among others.

Expressing her delight at improvements of the village, the commune as a whole, Thanh said Cach Tam hamlet, Xuan Chinh commune, has successfully realised the ultimate goal of the national target programme on new-style rural area building, which is promoting people's material and spiritual lives with the rate of poor households dropping to 2.4 pct, meanwhile 91 percent of local households have become cultural families.

She highlighted great value and strength of the solidarity spirit among people in the face of difficulties and challenges, affirming that the strength of the great national unity bloc has always been one of the most important resources for the entire Party, army and people to overcome all difficulties, contributing to successfully implementing the national renewal and development cause. 

Lauding the achievements made by Xuan Chinh authority and local people in the past time, Thanh appealed to the commune's Party Committee and authorities to continue uniting and implementing social welfare, striving to reduce the poverty rate, and actively taking part in patriotic emulations.

She took the occasion to thank catholic community in the province for their contributions to the nation's revolutionary cause.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Central sectors, and units, the Head of  the National Assembly Standing Committee's Board for Deputy Affairs Thanh handed over gift to Cach Tam hamlet authority and people, poor households and disavantaged students in Kim Son district.
