Representatives from the Ninh Binh provincial party committee, Peoples Council, Peoples Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Ninh Binh Committee laid wreaths and offered incense to commemorate heroic martyrs at the Ho Chi Minh memorial temple and provincial Martyrs Cemetery in Dong Thanh ward and Hoa Lu district on September 1 on the occasion of the 75th National Day (September 2, 1945-2020).

The delegation also offered incense at the late President Tran Dai Quang at his tomb in Quang Thien commune, Kim son district.
Ninh Binh party chief Nguyen Thi Thu Ha; Chairman of Ninh Binh peoples Council Tran Hong Quang and Chairman of the provincial peoples committee Dinh Van Dien joined the delegation which also included a number of leaders of departments, sectors and organisations, among others.
The delegates spent solemn minutes to commemorate and expressed their deep gratitude to war heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the national independence and recalled late President Tran Dai Quang, who was an Ninh Binh people, devoted all his life to Vietnam's development in the recent years.

In front of the hallowed memorial to the heroic martyrs, the leaders vowed to continue to uphold their consensus and solidarity, and do their utmost to make Ninh Binh even more civilised and prosperous in the years ahead.
