Provincial leader receives Chinese Hubei authorities

During the reception, Chairman Dien expressed his joy to welcome the delegation, and briefed them about the socio-economic development of Ninh Binh in recent years.

Ninh Binh is in the Red river delta, posting an average economic growth of 10 percent per year.

Currently, the province is paying heed to developing the automobile supporting industry, and hi-tech agriculture.

It also targets to continue developing industrial production, services, and improving local peoples's living standards, he added.

During the Ninh Binh delegation's previous visit to Hubei, the two sides' leaders signed a letter of intent on the localities' friendship and cooperation. Therefore, the Ninh Binh Chairman hoped that Ninh Binh and Hubei would work together to devise detail plans to step up their cooperation in the future, contributing to their mutual development.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Huang Chuping thanked the host for his warm reception. He said he was happy to see the socio-economic development of Ninh Binh in recent years.

Hubei is a leading province in planting rice, organic vegetables and aquacuture, and is ready to share their experience in these fields with Ninh Binh investors.

Mr Huang Chuping said that, after the visit Hubei authorities would encourage and call on their enterprisers, investors to make a fact - finding tour to survey investment opportunities in Ninh Binh province.

In addition to that, Hubei would provide favorable conditions to support Vietnamese students studying there, he added.
