The section of the Mai Son - National Highway 45 sub-project running through Ninh Binh province has a total length of 14.35 kilometers.
The starting point of the project running throught Ninh Binh is located at Mai Son commune, Yen Mo district, and the endpoint at Quang son commune, Tam Diep district.
To date, the site clearance for section running through Hoa Lu district has been fully accomplished with a total revoked land of 10,53 hectares, compensation payments have been given to 117 out 117 affected households. There remained 8 families who have yet to hand over the site due to slow in removing and demolish their houses and other structures..
As for section running through Tam Diep city, 9,88 km out of 11,64 km have been cleared.
There remained difficulties related to 2 families, 3 organisations who have yet to come agreement on compensation payments matter.
Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc spoke highly of localities' efforts in speeding up the site clearance as scheduled, thus providing favorable condition for the contractors to implement the projects.
However, there remained hindrances in site clearance that not meet the demand of the Government and Ministry of Transport.
Stressing the importance of the sub-project for the country's transport sector in general and create favourable conditions for socio-economic development of the province in particular, the Chairman also urged administrations at all levels, sectors, and businesses to pay heed to accelerating the progress and resolving current difficulties in the site clearance work.
Hoa Lu authority needs to step up demolish of houses, structures and grant certificate of land use rights for ressetled households before June 30, the Chairman said.
