President of Vietnam Association for Promoting Education works with Ninh Binh's leaders

Speaking at the working session with the delegation, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc expressed his joy to welcome Doan and her delegation and briefed his guests about the province's socio-economic achievements in the first half of 2022, especially the outstanding performance of the education sector. Ninh Binh is among provinces and cities with the highest ratios of high school students passing the national graduation exam, he said.

Ninh Binh has been effectively implementing the movement "The August of learning promotion" and calling for donations to the learning promotion funds at all levels in an attempt to assist and develop the education sector.

Doan, who is former State President, spoke highly of Ninh Binh's learning promotion outcomes and affirmed that the province is among top localities with many students achieving good academic results.

She hoped that the provincial Association for Promoting Education would continue to boosting the lifelong studying movement in line with President Ho Chi Minh's thought.

On this occasion, Doan presented scholarships worth 100 million VND to the provincial Association for Promoting Education.
