Anh, who is also permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, praised Ninh Binh for its socio-economic performance over the past five years.
He, however, pointed out limitations and shortcomings, such as slow economic growth and economic restructuring,environmental pollution, and low labor quality. He suggested that the province identify the causes of these shortcomings and come up with measures and solutions to realising the tasks set forsocio-economic development in the coming time.
The senior Party official also asked the province to focus on organising all-level Party congresses to prepare personnel for the next tenure.
Ninh Binh leaders should pay more attention to accelerating roduction and business activity in line with the economic restructuring policy and developing agriculture in a modern and sustainable manner, he added.
Before leaving the province, Le HongAnhand his delegation toured NinhVan stone-carving village in Hoa Lu district and Trang An landscape complex.
