Party official pays working visit to Ninh Binh
At the meeting, Tran Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented a brief report on the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Conclusion of the 4th plenum of the 13th Central Committee on socio-economic development, Party and political system building, defence-security, and foreign affairs; the training of cadres and the implementation of the Secretariat's Regulation No. 11-QD/TW, dated May 19, 2021 on standard political schools.
Speaking at the session, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Thu Ha highlighted the province's results of the implementation of the Resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and the 22nd Provincial Party Congress.
She mentioned some hindrances and issues arising during the implementation and expressed her wish that Nguyen Xuan Thang and his delegation would make recommendations to support and remove difficulties for Ninh Binh in the coming time.
In his conclusion, Thang said that the outcomes showed that Ninh Binh has taken the right direction in implementing the Resolutions of the 13th Party Congress and the 22nd Provincial Party Congress.
He also noted that researchers should pay attention to and make assessments of the province's general development and indices as measurements for its growth.
It is necessary to build a strategic frame for each locality in the context of balancing preservation and development of cultural and natural heritages, Thang added.
As for Ninh Binh, it should build cultural products and services, and combine culture with tourism, tourism with agriculture and services, he said, adding that to do so, there must be strategic investors.
He also spoke highly of Ninh Binh's direction on combining industrial development with high technology and environmental protection, and using skilled labourers.
The official suggested Ninh Binh draw strategic investors to develop fast and sustainably.
Regarding to the implementation of the Secretariat's Regulation 11 on standard political schools, Thang asked Ninh Binh to pay more heed to providing more resources for fulfilling standards in terms of infrastructure and facilities.
The Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics will assist the provincial school of politics in standardizing its staff and lecturers, he added.
