Oudomxay province's delegation works with Hoa Lu University

At the working session, the delegation discussed the outcomes and difficulties related to the training of Lao students in the past years.

Under the signed cooperative programme between Ninh Binh and Oudomxay provinces, the Hoa Lu University was tasked with training 10 Lao students each year.

Since 2011, the university has received and trained 126 Lao students. Currently, 46 Lao students are studying at the Hoa Lu University.

Bounkhong Lachiemphone expressed his wish that Ninh Binh will continue to support and train Lao students, thus helping them to become good cadres to serve the development process of their country.

Later, the delegation went for a sightseeing tour of Bai Dinh pagoda - one of the largest pagodas in Vietnam.
