Ninh Binh welcomes over 2.1 million visitors in seven months

In July alone, Ninh Binh welcomed 364,000 visitors, equivalent to 625% of the same period last year. In the first seven months of 2022, it received 1.2 million visitors, including 2.14 million domestic tourists and 24,000 international holidaymakers.

Revenue generated from tourism services hit 1.45 trillion VND (59.8 million USD), equivalent to 244% of the figure in the same period last year.

A part from diversifying tourism products in a bid to fully exploit the potential of the culture, nature and  land of Ninh Binh, the tourism sector has paid due attention to drawing and retraining its human resources to better serve the come-back of international guests.

In addition, accommodation establishments have also paid more heed to improving the quality of services and facilities to better serve tourists.
