Ninh Binh urged to improve Party building

Within the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province Pham Quang Ngoc reported on the results of Party building and organisation in Ninh Binh Province since the beginning of the 13th Party Congress term and from the 22nd Party Congress of Ninh Binh Province.

In recent years, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading the Party building work seriously, in accordance with the guidelines and resolutions of the Party Central Committee; promptly promulgating and effectively implementing the action planandentire course work programme; working regulations, inspection and supervision programme; anti-corruption work; developing working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; regulating mass mobilisation work; and paying attention to reforming the Party's leadership method as well as renovating the work of thoroughly grasping the directives and resolutions of the Party Central Committee and the province.

Speaking at the meeting, Politburo member Truong Thi Mai acknowledged and praised the results achieved by Ninh Binh Province.

Ninh Binh's current goal of developing party members is still low, it should be done in accordance with the general goal of the whole country, she said, adding that from the limitations in party building work, in socio-economic development, the province should evaluate and review the working regulations, thereby ensuring the principle of democratic centralis,harmonious relationships, and proper working regulations.
