The money will be allocated to 18 localities across the country, including Ha Giang (VND7.4 billion), Hai Phong (VND16.4 billion), Nam Dinh (VND38.6 billion), Ninh Binh (VND 16.9 billion), Ha Tinh (VND29.4 billion), Quang Tri (VND 12 billion), Quang Nam (VND 21.7 billion), Binh Dinh (VND 24.9 billion), Phu Yen (VND 13.4 billion), Khanh Hoa (VND 7.1 billion), Ninh Thuan (VND 7.5 billion), Binh Thuan (VND 21.5 billion), Daklak (VND 19.8 billion), Ben Tre (VND 10.9 billion), and Ca Mau (VND24 billion). These localities must manage and use the money on the basis of the current regulations. The government has also asked the Ministry of Finance to soon submit to the Prime Minister the list of the localities not included in the list for further consideration.
