Ninh Binh to build or repair houses for 500 poor families

Accordingly, Ninh Binh will provide financial assistance worth 41.55 billion VND for 500 poor families to build new houses or repair their houses.

Of which, 331 poor families will receive a total amount of 33.1 billion VND to build new houses while 169 others will be provided with 8.45 billion VND to repair their houses. 

Homeless households or those having dilapidated houses will be financed an mount of 100 million VND to build new houses or 50 million VND to repair their houses.

The financial assistance sourced from the province's budget. The beneficiary families will receive financial support once in the period of 2023-2025.

Currently, there are 7,438 poor households in the province, accounting for 2.3% of its total population. Of them, 1,121 families are in need of housing support.
