To realize the goal, local units, branches and sectors should provide all possible support for enterprises which are engaging in producing for-export commodities, like textile, footwear and electronic components.
In addition, the province should take advantage of FTA-generated opportunities to lure more investment into its industrial parks and clusters.
Last year, the province's export value hit a record of 975 billion USD, a rise of 10.2 percent against 2014. The figure exceeded the set target in the 2011-2015 period by three times.
At present, Ninh Binh is exporting goods to nearly 60 countries and territories worldwide, 10 more than 2014.
Key foreign-currency earners include textile and garment, footwear, cement, clinker, electronic components, and agriculture products.
Positive performance of local export promises a bright prospect for enterprises' shipments abroad this year, contributing to boosting the industrial and handicraft production value of the province.
