Ninh Binh supports people affected by COVID-19 pandemic

The People's Committee of Ninh Binh province has issued an official dispatch asking localities and units to make lists of people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic for receiving financial assistance.
The payments will have to be completed by May 10.
Accordingly, the beneficiaries include people who made great contributions to the nation's revolutionary cause, social welfare beneficiaries, and poor and near-poor households. They will receive the support by May 10 at the latest.
Other beneficiaries will receive the financial assistance in May.
The reviewing, listing and making payments must be conducted in a timely, open and transparent manner.
