Ninh Binh students won first prize in national science and technology contest

Giang Quoc Hoan and Do Huu Toan, 12th graders from Hoa Lu A High School in Ninh Binh province have won the first prize in the national science and technology contest for high-school students in the Northern region in the 2017-2018 academic year.
The project has previously earned them the highest prize at theNinhBinhprovincial science and technology contest.
This project has also been selected for the IntelInternational Science and Engineering Fair (IntelISEF) in the USin May.
The use of robot in conducting chemistry experiments at the school would replace human in collection of toxic chemical samples, ensuring human safety whileprotecting the environment and reducing waste of chemicals.
As robot performs only once, the steps of each experiment are filmed on the projector so students can easily observe and do follow, therefore, bringing about high efficiency in studying.
